GROUNDED was born from personal experience.
After being diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I began to understand why I had spent so many years feeling overwhelmed, restless, and constantly trying to find ways to feel calm and regulated. Like many people, I started searching for coping mechanisms that could help me feel more grounded in my daily life.
One of the most effective things I discovered was the calming effect of gentle, consistent pressure. It created a sense of comfort and security that helped me feel more at ease.
After researching what was available, I realized there was very little clothing designed intentionally around this feeling of comfort and emotional support. That’s when I decided to create GROUNDED — a collection designed to help people feel safe, calm, and comfortable in their own skin.
