2 cups desiccated coconut, 12 medjool dates, half cup cashews, tsp vanilla, pinch salt, use processer and mix it all together then add 1 cup frozen berries...

1 ripe banana, 1/4 cup cashews, 1 tbsp milled flax, 3 tbsp reg oatmeal, 2 medjool dates, 1/2 tsp vanilla....(because they are moist put batter in freezer for 10 min then its easier to roll) rolled in Quinoa....

 1 C cashews, 1 C coconut, zest of 2 lemons (cuz i like it lemony) juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1/2 tsp vanilla, pinch salt, 2 TBSP maple syrup (more if needed) taste after mixing inthe food processer...roll them and added coconut and lemon zest..

 1 cup walnuts, 1 cup medjool dates, 2 tbsp cacao powder....roll them in coconut, sesame seeds or whatever tickles your fancy......easy breezy

1 cup oats, 1 cup frozen berries, 1/3 cup coconut plus for rolling, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp honey.... scoop of each on a parchment paper in the freezer for 15 minutes then pull it out and roll them

2 cups coconut, 2 carrots shredded, 12 medjool dates, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional), 1/2 tsp vanilla, raisins (optional) and pinch of salt....

 1 cup rolled oats,1 cup frozen blueberries,1/3 cup desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling, 1 tablespoon almond butter,1 teaspoon honey....If you find the mixture too wet, place it in the freezer for 5 minutes before rolling into balls

1 cups cashews, 8 medjool dates, tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup coconut, 2 tbsp flax seed, juice of 1 lime, zest of 1 lime, tbsp or 2 water until it forms balls ...blend the cashew in the processor like flour first...roll in zest of lime and coconut....ENJOY

 3/4 cup Oatmeal, 3/4 cup coconut, 3/4 cup almond butter, 2 tbs cacao, 1/4 cup carob chips, 2 tbsp flax seed,1/4 cup maple syrup and as always taste before making balls to your liking.

 RECIPE.....8 medjool dates, 6 tbsp tahini, 5 tbsp cacao, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tbsp maple and a pinch of sea salt and rolled in quinoa and chia seeds.....oh ya and sing some cool 70's songs while making them ...LOL i do

So, take your time, and look around.  Most of the recipes are from Mimi Kirk's RAW VITALIZE cookbook.  I am grateful to Mimi and Mia for creating this simple yet delicious book for those wanting to get started learning how to eat raw and do NOT know where to begin.  I do NOT eat 100% raw but always fall back to these simple recipes as a staple in my home. We hope you enjoy our site .  I love sharing that which I have learnt on my journey to optimal health and wellness.
