10 years ago my mom was 80 and she had a bad fall on cement on the back porch. I did not know what to do. I asked for guidance and everyone said gentle qigong would be great which was foreign to me. I looked it up and found a group that offered Qigong and decided to check it out. I had practised yoga for decades so I was curious about qigong. I went 6 days a week for 9 months while working full time ONLY because they were closed on the seventh day (something resonated deep within me and I needed to learn more). I went for my mom however, WHAT HAPPENED TO ME was miraculous. I felt GREAT. My mind was calm and relaxed and my body was flexibile and I had abundant ENERGY. I decided to become certified to share this gift with the world. If I can do it, anyone can. I am just like most of you figuring out life one day at a time. My living list is endlist and a healthy mind and body are required for all the amazing adventures I plan on enjoying.
